Sheola received her 1100hr diploma in 2015 and continued with advanced training and received her 2200hr diploma in 2016. She is looking forward to continued education as a RMT.
Her approach towards caring for clients is to warm up and relax the muscle to prevent muscle guarding which gives her an opportunity to apply deeper pressure where needed. She feels that communication between a Massage Therapist and client is vital to receiving your best treatment.
Sheola enjoys living in Cochrane because of its friendly atmosphere and is looking forward to providing massage treatments for the community.
