The Canadian Chiropractic Guideline Initiative has just published a great series of exercises for those who are experiencing low back pain. These exercises are great to add to your daily routine to help ease your pain. If you are new to exercise or are in considerable pain start with the level 1 series. As you improve you can progress to levels 2 and 3 to build up your strength and stability. There are even a couple of yoga series to work through which are safe for your low back. Give them a try!!!
